Real estate isn’t about selling houses. Not the way you think.

Let me explain.

Most people think working with a real estate agent means one thing:

They’re going to try to sell you a house. Any house. Fast. Hard. Maybe even the wrong one. A commission-hungry tour guide with a lockbox key.

But that’s the first big myth I want to crush right now, especially if you’re a first-time buyer in Hamilton, Ontario.

Here’s the truth:
I’m not here to sell you a house. I’m here to help you find the right house for you. Big difference.

Real Estate Is a Service Business, Not a Product Business

Imagine you walk into a sneaker store. 

The guy behind the counter is pushing the newest Nike. Doesn’t matter if you’ve got flat feet, bad knees, or you came in looking for boots. That’s the shoe he’s moving today.

You wouldn’t trust him to tell you what shoe is best for your foot. He’s got one job: sell shoes. Period.

But real estate? Different game entirely.

I’m not the guy selling you a product off a shelf. I’m the guy walking beside you through a process that, let’s be honest, is overwhelming as hell.

You don’t want someone trying to convince you to buy a specific house. You want someone who’s got your back when your anxiety spikes, your budget tightens, and every house tour starts to blur together.

I Don’t Care Which House You Buy

Look, I know how it sounds. But when I say I don’t care which house you buy, what I mean is:

I care that you buy the right one.
